The Corporation is formed for charitable purposes including, without limitation, receiving contributions of money and property and using its income and principal assets exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes in support of BIPOC artists and creatives, either directly or by making gifts, grants and contributions to organizations, including, but not limited to, those that are described in Code Section 501c3.
