Providing assistance to jefferson county 4-h members and 4-h leaders that enable them to attend county, state and national 4-h camps and events.

Energy express, under the leadership of wv university extension 4-h youth development, is a research-based summer reading and nutrition program for children living in rural and low-income west virginia communities. As the county collaborative for the ranson, wv site, we provide leadership for energy express locally and raise approximately 30% of the site cost.
Toyota grant, under the leadership of wv university extension 4-h youth development, represents monies from toyota for various programs and activites related to stem (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and robotics.
