Steelwood Collegiate Golf Tournament

The corporation is organized for charitable purposes within the meaning of an organization exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 or the corresponding provisions of any future united states internal revenue law (the code) including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to promote education and foster, promote and develop amateur golf competition and to provide resources for and promote such activities and all other lawful acts as may be authorized from time to time by the corporation under the regulations and laws of the state of alabama.
