Mission

To provide hope, transform lives, and strengthen communities through a continuum of addiction and mental health services accessible to all.

Programs

3 programs

Supportive housing is provided for identified males and identified females in separate facilities. Residents participate in treatment and wraparound support services. The overall focus of supportive housing is to help clients build a sober network in a therapeutic community setting. The program connects clients with ongoing recovery support to facilitate reentry into the community and to enhance an individual's ability to be successful in life-long recovery. Prior to leaving the program, clients are referred to safe, stable housing within the community.

Expenses: $2.0M

Outpatient treatment is provided for individuals not requiring residential support. Outpatient programs include mental health and substance abuse treatment, psychiatry services, and trauma therapy. Extensive wraparound services are offered on the stella maris campus to enhance program impact and outcomes, including family therapy, case management, peer support, medication assisted treatment, 12-step recovery meetings, and workforce training.

Expenses: $2.4M

Residential treatment houses 12 identified males on the stella maris campus. The unit is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. While in residential treatment, clients receive holistic, trauma-informed care from psychiatrists, nursing staff, counselors, case managers, and peer supporters. This includes daily therapeutic group counseling, psycho-educational groups, case management, medication management, psychiatric services, primary care services, peer support services, and linkage to further treatment following completion of the program.
