Stellar Living Foundation

Milo's project provides paid employment for individuals with special needs within stellar senior living communities. In 2024, the foundation supported 9 employees in roles such as activities assistants, dishwashers, and milo's creamery staff.we partnered with agencies in utah, idaho, washington, and colorado to recruit candidates and support them through onboarding and training. Job coaches helped ensure a smooth transition, with the goal of achieving 80% job independence over time.to date, the program has positively impacted nearly 1,000 people through inclusive engagement and community enrichment.

The foundation hosted resident and family engagement events at all 37 stellar senior living communities in 2024. Events included holiday celebrations, fall festivals, carnivals, and family nights, all aimed at fostering community connection and resident well-being.these gatherings, made possible through in-kind donations, brought together thousands of residents and loved ones to create joyful, meaningful experiences. Some events included light fundraising components, but the primary focus remained on enriching residents' lives.
