These units are considered attainablenot because they are income-restricted, but because they are intentionally priced below other intentional communities that serve the same demographic. The sale of these units helps fund the affordability of the rental component while also expanding housing options for individuals with disabilities. This dual-approach allows us to promote greater inclusion and housing choice across income levels.
