Programs

2 programs

Education: Steve Rummler HOPE Network offers education for professionals and general community audiences to reduce stigma, prevent overdoses, and promote harm reduction. Our program empowers individuals with the knowledge to foster meaningful conversations, promote safety, and build awareness of available resources. We provide CEU-accredited training on naloxone, substance use disorder stigma, and fentanyl and harm reduction. To ensure accessibility, our resources include print materials, digital toolkits, websites, videos, webinars, live presentations, and translated content.

Expenses: $180K

Advocacy: Steve Rummler HOPE Network advocates for local, state, and national policies that fund solutions to the opioid crisis. Beyond legislative efforts, we raise public awareness about Substance Use Disorder and the factors that contribute to it through community events, online education, and social media outreach. Working with local and federal governments, we help advance policies to combat the opioid crisis in Minnesota and beyond. SRHN played a key role in passing Steve's Law (2014) and the Opioid Epidemic Response Law (2019).
