Youth Community Service Programs: Community Service Programs--Stiles Hall places 30 student leaders and program staff and underrepresented minority students in the K-16 pipeline annually. Building on over 70 years of experience, 25 extremely diverse, mostly low-income student employees recruit, train and supervise these U.C. Berkeley students who volunteer 75 to 100 hours each. (150 individuals are served annually)

Guidance & Counseling Programs: The Pathways Coaching program annually provides comprehensive academic and social support to 100 Black and Latinx elementary, middle, and high school students, to increase their academic engagement, college readiness, and leadership skills. Program participants are paired with current UC Berkeley students, and receive up to 100 hours of 1-on-1 mentorship in the form of academic support, life skills/socio-emotional development, and college/career guidance.

Underground Scholars Initiative is a student group for formerly incarcerated students providing academic and social support, community college outreach and policy advocacy.

Center for Educational Excellence -Part of the Underground Scholars Initiative, this program creates a pathway for formerly incarcerated and system impacted individuals into higher education by building a prison-to-school pipeline through recruitment, retention, and advocacy. And, provides students with a variety of academic and co-curricular support that is essential to achieving their academic, professional, and personal goals.

Black Men's Collective-This Stiles Hall Black Male Initiative is a multi-level plan to address these gaps in academic achievement, financial literacy, and health outcomes of Black men.

Vets Helping Vets (also known as Hired Labs)-Hired Labs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to end veteran underemployment. Veterans have the skills employers seek, but are more likely to be underemployed than their peers. Although significant strides have been made in reducing veteran unemployment, the underemployment gap between veterans and non-veterans has been growing since 2010 and continues to widen. Veterans who enlisted in the military are more likely to be underemployed than those who served as commissioned officers.
