The starting line scholarship is a transformative program designed to help individuals integrate running into their mental health journeys. By offering access to personalized coaching, mental health support, and a structured 12-week running plan, the program empowers participants to take the first step toward improving their mental and physical well-being through the power of running. The program is designed for individuals who are looking for a structured, supportive environment to make running a regular part of their lives while addressing mental health needs. It is offered both virtually to anyone across the us and for two in-person cohorts in grand rapids and pierce county, wa.
