Stilly Valley Health Connections Foundation

The Stilly Valley Health Connections Foundation is organized exclusively for educational, charitable, and/or scientific purposes, within the meaning of Section (501)(c)(3) of the IRC Code of 1986, and is organized, and at all times hereafter shall be operated, exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of, Public Hospital District No. 3, Snohomish County, WA, (the District), within the meaning of Section 509(a)(1)(A) of the Code. The District is organized as a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington and is a political subdivision of the State of Washington.
