Mission
Our mission is to bridge the divide between our regions youth and the growing skills gap in our workforce. We envision a city where our youth have the opportunity they need to succeed, and our businesses have the workforce they need to compete.
Programs
3 programs
The career accelerator pathway program consists of job readiness training, financial literacy training, and a professional work experience directly related to career interests and goals for young adults ages 18 to 24 and program alumni enrolled in post-secondary education.
The discover you pathway consists of career shadowing experiences, introducing young people to current skills, career and education paths, and goal building for ages 14-15.
The learn & earn pathway is for high school seniors, and consists of: job readiness training; career assessment; financial literacy training; and ongoing support from school counselors, job coaches, and work supervisors.
