To be an effective voice for the members of sppa unit in stockton unified school district (susd), to be effective voice for members of the sppa in dealing with susd, represent members of sppa in bargaining with susd, promote sound pupil personnel practices in susd, maintain and impve professional standards in services to students served, conduct education and professional meetings and conferences among members of sppa and represent members of sppa at each discipline at organizations at local, regional state and national level.
