Bulliing is a major epidemic in our society. According to statistics, 19,000 bullied children attempt to commit suicide over the course of one year; on a monthly average 160,000 children miss school because they fear being bullied. To get children and adults to understand the full effects of bulling and why bully's bully; to teach children how to come together and stand up against bullies - strength in numbers. To instill confidence and emotional defenses to protect victims against verbal bulling and to empower victims with self-defense techniques and principles to protect against physical bulling.
