Giving circles: a specialized program for donors who collectively contribute to a fund to then distribute grants to qualifying organizations and programs. Donors make monthly or annual contributions and then participate in collective decision-making on outgoing grants (quarter share). Alternatively, collective funds are used for designated causes, such as supporting lgbtq youth.

Community learning: developing the competency and skills of corporate communities, nonprofit leaders, and members of the public to better support lgbtq movements and philanthropy, with a focus on topical convenings and tailored engagement that includes free workshops, coaching, and project consulting.
