To provide social services. Straight talk clinic makes available a variety of mental health, substance abuse, and rehabilitative services to individuals and families in need for whom access or utilization of such services is limited, restricted, or otherwise unavailable.

Gerry house residential substance abuse treatment: gerry house is a 12-bed residential facility founded in 1990, and was the first state-licensed site in california, uniquely designed to serve persons living with hiv and substance use disorder. The 90 day residential treatment program provides a cognitive behavioral addictions model with treatment provided by licensed professionals and certified substance abuse counselors. The program operates exclusively through drug medi-cal and contractual funding from the orange county health care agency. This fiscal year, 2023/2024, the program filled 3,969 bed days for those in recovery.

La mirada outpatient counseling services: stc la mirada is an outpatient mental health counseling clinic located in the city of la mirada, offering personal counseling to individuals, couples, families, and children in the community of la mirada and other neighboring cities. Groups are provided for adults and adolescents on a range of clinical topic areas including anger management, teen substance abuse, grief & anxiety, and parenting. Stc la mirada also extends services and support to the norwalk-la mirada unified school district. The program provided 3,372 service sessions for fiscal year 2023/2024. The average charge for the sessions is 35.00.

Illumination foundation: we are partnering with illumination foundation with their mission to disrupt the cycle of homelessness in southern california. We offer life skills groups and mental health therapy sessions to residents. Our therapists are trained in trauma-informed, person- centered care, as well as motivational interviewing, substance abuse, child development, domestic violence, suicidal ideation, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Fullerton joint union high school district(fjuhsd) and buena park school district(bpsd): straight talk is partnering with fjuhsd and bpsd, providing evidence-based and trauma-informed mental health services for individual counseling on campus at 5 designated secondary title 1 schools. By establishing a safe, welcoming space staffed by highly-trained mental health professionals who can provide bilingual support, making services easy to access and convenient for all students, especially those traditionally underserved.
