The Hyattsville Life & Times continued in its 20th year to provide free monthly news and information to all 10,000 residences in Hyattsville, Md. It continued to carry a four-page newsletter in English and Spanish prepared by the municipal government with important information for its citizens. The Life & Times continued its tradition of strong reporting on local civic and environmental issues, and it won seven awards and three honorable mentions in the National Newspaper Association's annual editorial contest, including 2nd places in its circulation category for breaking news, agricultural coverage and serious column.

The College Park Here & Now continued into its fifth year of providing free monthly news and information to all 9,000 residences in College Park, Md. It continued to carry a four-page newsletter prepared by the municipal government with important information for its citizens. The Here & Now hired a new local editorial team and started doing in-depth city council reporting and more breaking news.The paper won two awards and one honorable mention in the National Newspaper Association's annual editorial contest in its circulation category, including first place for environmental story and third place for front-page design.

Our website, https://streetcarsuburbs.news, includes the contents of all three of our papers. We began a website newsletter alerting readers to stories posted on the site; the newsletter now has more than 1,200 subscribers. Our monthly users rose from 3,517 in July 2023 to 14,307 in June 2024. There were 171,593 views from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
