Jamboozie festival laredo main street hosted the highly successful ueta jamboozie, a downtown music festival held at cultura beer garden. The event attracted over 3,000 attendees and featured live music, local vendors, and craft breweries. The festival not only offered entertainment but also made a significant economic impact on the downtown area, showcasing the vibrancy and potential of the local community.
Recycle program laredo main street collaborated with two local schools, the health department, and a local bicycle company to develop a stem program focused on bicycle repair. Following a structured curriculum, students learned the five basic rules of bike maintenance. Upon mastering these skills, the students participated in the el centro de laredo farmers market, where they offered free bicycle repairs to the community, combining education with practical service and promoting sustainability.
