Streets Of West Pryor Owners Association Inc

Primary exempt purpose - to engage in any lawful activity, including, without limitation, acting on behalf of its members collectively with respect to the preservation, care, maintenance, replacement, improvement, enhancement, operation and administration of both real and personal property and for the promotion of the health, safety and welfare of the members of the association, all on a not-for-profit basis. The association conducts the activity and it's location is the streets of west pryor commercial development in lee's summit, mo. All of the association's time is dedicated to this purpose. The activity is funded by dues and various fees assessed to the property owners of the development and all expenses are related to this activity.
