To train unemployed veterans to teach martial arts to children between the ages of 5 and 17 and to mentor such children. To train such veterans to identify, instruct and mentor children with special needs. To provide such services to disadvantaged and at-risk youth that would not otherwise have the opportunity or financial capability to partake in such program. To actively engage participants in local community service activities. To open martial arts studios in low income communities within walking distance of elementary, middle and high schools. To gather and receive such information as may be helpful in connection therewith and to find the funds to support the above activities and the operating and maintenance costs for the use of facilities related thereto.
