City of Stuart development agreement: Rock Island Railroad Depot historic sight used for fostering business retention and expansion and the acquisition of new businesses to the City of Stuart; maintenance and development of recreational facilities and other attractions and amenities. Recreation facilities include a soccer field complex, walking trail with story walk, baseball and softball fields, as well as investigation and planning for an indoor recreation facility.
EmpowerHer and other educational and marketing efforts: EmpowerHer is a one-day event, held at the historic Saints Center in Stuart, Iowa, signed to inspire, connect and empower women entrepreneurs across the state.
