Mission

The Health Center partners with students in a school-based setting to nurture their physical emotional and social well-being empowering them to thrive and reach their fullest potential. We provide mental health counseling primary medical care and care coordination in the high schools and middle schools with the goal of keeping kids in school. Kids who graduate from high school have a much better chance of thriving in adulthood.
