Students Motivated By The Arts

Public programming - smarts provides classes in visual arts, music, dance, theater, and creative writing for our region's pre k-12 youth with a focus on underserved populations. Smarts is free and open to the public with classes taking place in the historic ohio one building in downtown youngstown after school and saturdays. Classes are offered in the fall, spring, and summer
