The mission of the sail training foundation is: 1. To train persons in all aspects of boating and water safety; 2. To hold title to and maintain watercraft and related equipment; 3. To engage in other lawful activity whatsoever, directly concerned with the foregoing, or which is calculated directly or indirectly to promote the interest of persons in watercraft and water safety.
