ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION - Have served over 340,000 children and adults throughout Solano County and the Bay Area since the inception of the program. However due to the Avian Flu epidemic restrictions into 2024 our education program was reduced to minimal presentations. But we continued to reach the public through our very popular Facebook page which expanded to over 8,400 followers and regularly reach over 15,000 people on our posts. The intention of our posts is to expand our membership and at the same time provide natural history education. Plans for 2025 are to expand into multi-media internet classes and resume local presentations.
