Sunrise community for recovery & wellness is the recovery community organization (rco) spanning from western north carolina to charlotte, nc, providing a variety of programs and services at no charge for individuals affected by trauma that can lead to substance use and mental health challenges.

Operate blair h. Clark respite house, a four bed respite program, to provide support and resource navigation for people experiencing emotional distress with the goal of being a diversion for hospitalization due to mental health struggles, with 163 guest stays in 2024.
