Sunset Beach Community Association

1. Educate residents and visitors of Sunset Beach regarding governmental issues, recreational activities, and safety procedures of this community, thereby lessening the burden of government and promoting social welfare. The organization is open to everyone in the general public who is interested in Sunset Beach. No membership is required.2. Operate, maintain and improve the Community Lot and Building which are available to the public for charitable, educational, emergency center, and recreational activities.3. Raise funds with the assistance of other non-profit organizations for scholarships, art programs in local schools, non-profit charities, and the maintenance and operation of its community property.4. As a beachside, tourist destination, assess community residents and visitors' needs, organize funding opportunities, and provide a liaison between the Sunset Beach community and its surrounding governmental agencies.
