Superchief Band Parents Association

Part vi sec b 11a the board members of the band parents association convene monthly to plan and execute the business(and/or events) of the superchiefs band.the financial documents(reports) for the association are prepared by the treasurer and reviewed by the board and presented to all the members of the association at the bpa monthly meetings. In the board meeting subsequent to the form 990 preparation, the 990 is presented to the board for review. Sec c. Disclosure q19 the association makes available to the public,documents such as governing documents(by-laws)and financial statements on the association s website,www.superchiefs.org as well as making printed copies available at the associations monthly general meetings. 990 page 1 part 1 and 990 page 2 part 111 item 1 superchief bpa provided necsssary means for the high school students to develop musical talents in the school band which provided entertainment in conjunction with school functions.
