A total of 47 individuals benefitted from the program.
HL-Housing Link Provided housing linkage , furniture, rent for seniors experiencing homelessness. A total of 25 individuals benefitted from this program.
Augmented Winter Shelter Program Provided blankets and suitable winter clothing to homeless indivivuals during the winter period.
San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) - Mobile Shower Program The provided mobile showers for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) - Mobile Shower Programhsa The program provided mobile showers for individuals experiencing homelessness.
