Funds were used to purchase prop for band programs, supplies and uniforms for both the band and winter color guard. The number of students supported by this funding is approximately 120 from woodruff middle school and woodruff high school.
Funds were used to provide meals and snacks for band members during competitions and the various sport teams while traveling to away games or per-game meals beore competitions. In addition, meals were also provided to event workers during home foodball games.
Other miscellaneous programs funds were used to pay for incentives and rewards for students and schools meeting various academic goals and for trophies and medals for band members based on performance. Total cost was 6,204. Approximately 2100 students at woodruff primary school, woodruff elementary school and woodruff middle school were rewarded for academic achievements and approximately 120 band members from woodruff middle school and woodruff high school received awards. Funds were used to purchase instructional materials for schools (2,311) and library books and materials for the schools (7,823) at woodruff primary school, woodruff elementary school and woodruff middle school. Approximately 2100 students from the three schools received the benefits of these materials. Funds were used to maintain the playgrounds and gyms (8,633) at woodruff primary school and woodruff elementary school. These funds helped maintain and keep the gyms and playgrounds safe for children. Approximately 1425 students received the benefits of these funds. Funds were used to purchase shirts for the band and winter guard and to repair instruments (5,093). These funds helped approximately 120 band and winter guard members from woodruff middle school and woodruff high school. Funds were used for band travel and registration and dues for various band and winter guard events (6,293). Again approximately 120 band and winter guard members received the benefit from woodruff middle school and woodruff high school.
