Supportive Connections Community Services SCCS provides trauma-informed culturally responsive and financially inclusive mental health care. We offer outpatient therapy crisis response and clinical training to increase access for underserved communities in California and Mississippi.

SCCS offered 160 free therapy sessions to clients unable to afford care through traditional insurance. These sessions were provided through a structured trainee program and supported by in-kind labor valued at $33,657. This initiative was central to the organizations mission of removing financial barriers to mental health services.
In 2024 SCCS launched the OP+ Program to provide on-call crisis response and group therapy primarily supporting survivors of sexual assault in California and Mississippi. The program served 45+ survivors initiated outreach to local universities and built the foundational structure for future group and crisis-based offerings. It was funded entirely through donated administrative labor and infrastructure.
