Know Your Rights Trainings: In addition to popular education, Sur Legal implements its mission of democratizing legal knowledge by providing Know Your Rights (KYR) trainings to diverse audiences including immigrant worker communities, worker organizers, community-based organizations, law students, and both private and public interest attorneys.

Direct Representation, Technical Assistance, and Templates: We provide direct legal representation to workers on labor complaints and applications for immigration relief tied to labor violations and labor abuse. We provide technical assistance to workers, worker organizers, unions, and other nonprofit organizations on filing labor complaints and applying for immigration relief related to labor abuse, including deferred action, U visas, and T visas.
