Sustainability Fund

A supporting organization within the meaning of Section 509(a)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of Ecology Action of the Midpeninsula, The Edible Schoolyard, Seed Savers Exchange, University of California College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Student Garden Project and University of California Department of Land, Air and Water Resources, all of whcih are exempt from federal income tax and IRC Section 501(c)(3).
