Sustainable chesapeake is committed to working collaboratively to identify conservation solutions that work for farmers and the chesapeake bay. In partnership with farmers, we are working to find solutions for some of the most challenging non-point source pollution problems in our region, like reducing nutrient loss from manure and commercial fertilizers through practices that improve soil health, productivity, and resilience to extreme weather.
