Found in 2009 the Organization exists to lead our communities through the climate emergency, empowering Woodstock and the rest of the Upper Valley to meet climate commitments and live sustainably through advocacy, education and collaboration.

Flood - This program provided clean-up and repairs assistance to Woodstock area residents that were affected by the 2023 flooding.
Energy - Part of the mission of Sustainable Woodstock is to promote energy efficiency, conservation and the development and use of renewable energy sources among the Towns residents, businesses, education and municipal affairs. Working through its action group, The Woodstock Energy Commitee, the organization assists the town in addressing the goals laid out in the Woodstock town plan.
