Establish a housing program to provide an opportunity for employees to gain access to affordable housing for first time renters. This provides stable and foundational experience to establish healthy discipline and habits. It also works in conjunction with our vocational training program - both stable employment and stable housing are necessary for a successful economic life and contributions to the community by participants.
