Sweetwater Union High School District Financing Corporation

The primary purposes for which the Sweetwater Union High School District Financing Corporation is formed are: To render financial assistance to Sweetwater Union High School District by financing. constructing leasing facilities land and other real property for the benefit of residents of the district; to acquire by lease purchase real or personal property and make sure property available for the benefit of residents of the district; to promote common good and general welfare of the residents of the district by acquisition of real or personal property; to borrow necessary funds to pay the cost of financing such properties and facilities for the herein described purposes; and to receive limited or conditional gifts grants in trust in order to carry on the purposes of this corporation.
