The Corporation is not organized for profit or to engage in activities of a kind ordinarily carried on for profit. This Corporation may engage in any lawful act or activity for which a nonprofit corporation may be organized under the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing statements of purpose and powers, this corporation shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activities or exercise any powers that are not in furtherance of the specific purposes of this Corporation.
