Programs

3 programs

Immigration The Organization offers free Immigration Legal Services to low-income immigrants, with a focus on representation under humanitarian categories, such as refugees, asylees, or humanitarian parolees. Additionally, refugees and asylees are eligible to adjust to Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) status, commonly known as a green card, after one year with their humanitarian status in the U.S. After 5 years of holding LPR status, they are eligible to apply for naturalization and become a U.S. citizen. Our Immigration team helps people along all stages of this pathway and to overcome many of the potential barriers.

Expenses: $494K

Case Management The Case Management program is a collaborative process that includes assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy on behalf of our community members that includes benefits assistance, approved representation, medical and employment services. The Organizations case managers assist individuals and families in achieving wellness and autonomy through individual sessions and workshops that are culturally and linguistically accessible and trauma informed.
