To contribute to the educational enrichment of music in the towns serviced by the wachusett regional high school, by assisting in the promotion of concerts, recitals, and other music related events and sponsoring a musical/cultural enrichment program for the communities to the extent that this purpose is consistant with the provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954 or acts in amendment thereof of substitution thereof. In the event the wachusett regional school student music fund is unwilling, unable, or inelligible to receive the assets, they will be distributed to one or more organizations exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
