At taking root farms, we empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing a rural, farm-based, meaningful day habilitation program that fosters personal growth, skill development, and community engagement. Our vision is to create a supportive environment where individuals can thrive through meaningful work, recreational activities, and relationship-building, helping them lead fulfilling lives while enhancing their sense of belonging and self-worth.
