Tmc provides year-round programming in the central md region, by making high-quality theater arts experiences accessible and affordable to all children, including those with disabilities, in a safe, inclusive environment that fosters creativity, teamwork and personal growth.

The penguin project musical:in partnership with the national penguin project, tmc annually produces a fully staged musical featuring young people with disabilitiesincluding those with down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and autism in all lead and ensemble roles. Each participant is paired with a peer mentor of similar age who supports them through the rehearsal and performance process. In collaberation with the penguin project, tmc hosts free informational sessions for families of children with disabilities offering resources and expert guidance to support thier needs.
