The chapter is an extension of the league of southeastern credit unions, the trade association supporting credit unions in alabma, florida, and georiga, a 501c6. Members are comprised of credit unions (501c1) affiliated with the league within the geographic footprint of the chapter. The chapter is not organized for profit or to engage in actvity ordinarily carried on for profit, but to promote financial literacy and financial wellness and charitable giving within the community it serves.
