Childrens board grants (named bethesda childrens home safety grant & upward kids leadership) address home safety concerns and unintentional injury to children ages birth to eight years old by providing parent/caregivers education to ensure children are safe and elementary and middle school students by providing health, life skills, and arts programs for economically disadvantage children.

Teen parent program address education, health, life and employment skills for teen parents and provides daycare services for infants.
