As part of tangram's holistic approach for serving persons living with disabilities, we provide behavioral consultation and training. We work with a team to develop a uniquely customized behavioral support plan and offer training to help individuals and their support team to implement the plan. Our individualized approach is designed to enhance the behavioral health of each individual and help him or her continue on a path of greater self-determination, independence, and involvement. In the year ended june 30, 2024, tangram provided over 1163.25 hours of behavioral support and training services to 24 persons living in the community.tangram's applied behavior analysis (aba) services provide individualized support to enhance the quality of life for individuals with autism. Our evidence-based approach focuses on assessing behavior utilizing comprehensive behavioral assessments which identify strengths, needs, and areas to target for skill development. Individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans are intervention strategies developed based on the assessment results. The aba team uses evidence-based techniques such as positive reinforcement, self-advocacy training, and shaping techniques to foster growth in various life areas. The clinicians provide parent/caregiver training to implement the aba interventions effectively and consistently across environments. The plans are reviewed regularly to assess progress and modify interventions as needed.during the fiscal year ending june 30, 2024, tangram aba provided over 9741.73 hours of direct therapy (cpt code 97153), 1151.61 hours of supervision (cpt code 97155), 159.97 hours of assessment and supporting assessment (cpt codes 97151/97152), 33.4 hours of parent/caregiver training (cpt code 97156), and 93.92 hours of group therapy (cpt code 97154).
