Operate a free Trap, Neuter, and Return (TNR) program for feral cats in Northern New Mexico TNR cats are spay/neutered and vaccinated; $13,149 of cat food and veterinary expense reimbursement provided to caregivers. 22 TNR cases were completed in 2024. Total supported feral cat population is estimated to be 307.
Equipped an office space for use as a veterinary clinic focused on offering the community free spay neuter and vaccinations for cats and dogs. The clinic opened 5/2/2024 and performed 1897 successful spay/neuter surgeries through 12/31/24.
Provide veterinary expense reimbursement for people adopting stray cats directly from the wild. 52 cat adoptions were funded in 2024 through this program.
