Taproot provides personal, non profit, and commercial food processing. We offer a fully outfitted prep kitchen with dishwashing sinks, vegetable and meat prep sinks, and refrigerator and freezer capacity.

Taproot supports the local food bank and local fruit gleaning team through free access to its kitchen and food preservation equipment.
