Community developmental disability organization (cddo) contracts with kansas department of aging & disability services to provide oversight to all affiliated providers in shawnee county and serves as the single point of entry for intellectual/developmental disability services. 1,302 individuals received services.
Family support/assistive technology provides individualized activities and consultation to children and adults as well as making, modifying or adapting individualized pieces of equipment. 366 individuals served.
Case management assists individuals by assessing, planning, and coordinating services and supports. 305 individuals received services.
