Tarleton Delta Chi Housing Corporation

The purposes for which the Applicant was formed include procuring owning financing leasing maintaining and managing real estate and personal property and furnishings for the use of the Tarleton Chapter the Chapter of Delta Chi Fraternity Fraternity a non-profit corporation exempt from federal income taxation under Code Section 501c7. The Applicant will collect fees from the Chapter members which in turn will be used toward the payment of house operating expenses including insurance real estate taxes certain upkeep and maintenance costs repairs and capital improvements. These activities take 100 percent of the Applicant's time. These activities will be conducted by members of the Applicant.
