Health Initiatives: The SOF Health Initiatives & Education Program is a comprehensive effort focused on improving the health and wellness of special operations service members, veterans, and their families. Working alongside the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and a trusted network of external organizations, TFDSOF delivers alternative and innovative wellness solutions tailored to the unique needs of the SOF community. The program provides access to advanced therapies, personalized healthcare, and critical resources often unavailable through traditional systems. By addressing both immediate and long-term health challenges, TFDSOF ensures that SOF warriors and their families receive the care and support necessary to heal and recover - both during and after their service.

Expenses: $677K

Rehabilitative Adaptive Events: The TFDSOF Rehabilitative Adaptive Events (RAE) combine therapeutic activities such as scuba diving, adaptive sports, and wilderness experiences with educational seminars on mental and physical therapies. Designed to promote recovery, wellness, and family reconnection, RAE helps service members and their loved ones navigate both the visible and invisible scars of service. By fostering shared experiences, these programs strengthen bonds, enhance communication, and enable collective healing, ensuring that the entire family unit moves forward together.
