The Northeast Outreach & Opportunity Center (NOOC) Program in NE Minneapolis supports adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The NOOC is open 3 days a week and served 129 individuals in 2024 providing over 1300 meals, clothing, mental health support, employment and housing searches and stabilization resources as well as connection to other organizations that provide free medical and community health resources.
